Minn Post Has a great article about how working together can stop pollution by industry.
“If you have a right to fish, and a right to have fish in the river to harvest, do you have a right to say anything about the quality of those fish?” [Don Wedl ] asks rhetorically. “If you can’t eat them because they’re too polluted, is that a violation of your treaty right? That decision hasn’t been made yet. Nobody’s filed a court action that says you have a right to fish that would be edible.”
